I have a jaguar s type 2001

My car is pretty old and whenever i turn on the heater,

it takes quite minutes to heat up and blow hot air

I live in north cold region and it is critical in the morning waiting for the heater

to blow the hot air

Do you guys have any ideas affecting heater heating time?
