You're not meant to need/want to do that - what is it that makes you wish to do so?

(You are likely to cause codes if you do...)

As JagV8 said the computer controls it so no adjustment.

Are you having problems?

Hi Guys, I suspect that the Elbow under the rear of the intake manifold is now leaking, not bad at this stage, the idle is still ok for around 2-3 mins, and with only a few hesitations until she just cuts out, she seems to and has always sat at 700 rmp, but if i take her up to 900 she will sit on idle forever. it does not really bother me that much, just means that I have to give her a rev or two while sat at traffic lights, but was just wondering if i could adjust to simply compensate, i was thinking more about the actual pedal / cable,

Just fix the darn leak. You will only end up costing yourself more headaches and money in the long run!

There is informative DIY here or at Gus's site. www.jagrepair.com

+1

the perished hose will get worse and vary with vibration so anything will fail except if you fix the hose!

There is no cable. It's an electronic signal/drive by wire system. Fix it properly- this problem will just get worse.
