How to Remove the Instrument Cluster on a 01 S-type

Just did mine. Remove airvents. they're held in by pushclips. behind drivers side and center ones are screws. behind passenger one is a metal bracket. Remove screws and slide metal bracket to right (may take some effort). Remove woodgrain facia and you'll see 4 screws holding instrument cluster. that's it

Hello,

I am stuck on removing the wood panel. I removed all the vents and screws. But the wood panel stuck quite tightly on the passenger side. In the below pic, do I suppose to pull the metal bracket (circled in yellow) to the right? I actually put quite a bit of pulling force but the bracket did not move. Thanks for any help.

I just did it. I had to use quite a bit of force to pull to the right that bracket, which free up the two pins behind the wood panel.
