Thumbs up Ignition switch

My ignition switch has lost the ignition on position. There is no resistance between off and starting. The car will start and drive, the message center said something like no ignition, AC not working.

Default Ignition Switch

I don't know about electrical, but there is no physical resistance as I turn the key.

Thanks E T

It would be helpful if we knew a few specifics about what vehicle you are inquiring on.

well why don't you replace it, or remove it, strip it down and see if it can be fixed ?
