Hi I had a similar problem when I tried to install the jtis to work by me. The way that I eventual got over it was to download the complete version

I found it in the sticky on the jtis 64 bit. at the start of the s type forum page but here it is for you.

If you're running anything newer than Win7, JTIS will not operate directly on your machine. There's several threads on the subject with workarounds.

What system are you using? I bought an old yearbook on ebay which I installed Xperia to use all of the jaguar programs. This cured all of the problems with installing the programs.

This will also let you use the ids program to read and rest codes.

I got manual from ebay, which was missing all DTC and diagrams. I already got my money back.
Now I am waiting for second manual, CD.
There is a way to connect to my dad's computer, I need to learn how. He is in MD, I am in FL.
We tried to connect by Skype, so he can direct his camera on monitor, Skype didn't work!!!

I downloaded free program Teamviewer, which connects computers. If everything goes OK, I'll be using my dad's computer.

ok and when you see that page. There is a download button top right hand side. Or you can press the little arrows on the page to go to other pages.

Press there and you will be directed to a new page. where you have to give your email address so that they can send you a email.
You decide if you would like to pay a contribution for the running of the site or not.
