Default To smart people, who could successfully install JTIS. (I am not smart enough. :()

Please post picture of diagnostic procedure of P1638 code.
I just need one of 20 (?) tests.
I am attaching picture of the test from ALLDATA. Number is there G195523t35
It says if resistance between 50 and 70 Ohm, instrument cluster is bad.
JTIS possibly says opposite, cluster IS GOOD if resistance between 50 and 70 Ohms (that is what one of Jag mechanics here said)
How to post a picture:
1.Find the test in JTIS
2.Push PrtScr button on key board
3.Open Paint and paste screenshot there.(make sure top right square is clicked, column on the left of Paint)
4.Save picture (cut off unnecessary part of the picture, right and bottom)
5.Attach to your post.

Thanks!

It's a CAN system. Vast info on the net. Electrical guide is widely available e.g. on Gus's site JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource and shows the terminators. Any auto electrician should have no trouble at least checking basic stuff like this.

Thanks! I got important info, using your link (picture is attached)
I finally got JTIS by connecting to my dad's computer. I cannot find diagnostic steps for P1638. I have no problem checking 2 wires between ECM and Instrument cluster. If wire are OK,it leaves me 2 choices: bad cluster or bad ECM.
If I can find diagnostic steps, I'll know which one.
Are there diagnostic steps in JTIS?`
