I'm the New Guy w/2000 S-Type 8Cyl parts issue

Just thought I'd introduce myself since it appears I am the newest member. I live in Ogden, UT and LOVE my Jaguar. I purchased it about 7 years ago and have had very few issues with it...Until recently. I just replaced the transmission at 141K miles, which I am told was a miracle. Now I have a couple of parts in the cooling system that have broken. I have tried to locate the part numbers so I know exactly what I am looking for but to no avail. There is a plastic tube/pipe on the top front of the motor. It is about 3-4 inches in diameter. Connecting to that piece is a flex tube about an inch around. The connection between the two is broken, so I need to replace both parts. Any help would be appreciated. Tried to download the JTIS (my old disk is scratched) but it won't run on Windows 7, so I need a little help from you guys.

I'm a brand new guy too and I know nothing about you model Jag, but that's probably about all you will find here in the New Guys area.
