i have one of the bumper mouldings which is different from the 2003 year, but it's chrome which needs to be painted same color as car.. in the picture below.. and i can get you a price for the rest of the stuff. .. i guess you will need to get the grill from jaguar xp.com and i hope the fog lights are the same.. and the fog light covers will be the same too. so ill get you a price for the other bumper moulding because i have one. and the grill insert under the license plate.

well the holes are for front parkaid.. if you dont have it then you need to cover them up before painting the bumper...but i heard that if you bondo over these hole it doesn't last, i wud just get broken front park aid sensors then paint them and the slip themright in..

i think 2 may be transfered over but not100 % sure but the valence new is like 3-4 hundred,

4 and 5 shud just fit.. as well so you just need 1 and 3

AFB...keep us updated. I want to see how this turns out. I've been talking to my wife about it and she actually supports me...can you believe it.

No worries...at least your driving the nicest s-type money can buy anyways!

That car is awesome as it is just go get some better rims or something to help sooth the modifier in you!

You already have factory navi?

No, no v8 or anything...I like the power the 3.0 gives...the one thing the x has on the R is that you can find some 3.0's with a stick! Now that would be fun! Me personally though the performance of the x is good enough for me until I get out of the x and find an R!

Dude I just did try to talk you out of it...remember when I said go get some different rims???!!!

I wouldn't modify that car to even put the newer front clip on it...to me the car looks the same...I like though how the 04 has that little lip at the front corners with the loop kind of thing (know what I'm saying???) To me the 03-04 look perfect the way they are! Only thing like I said is to put some different rims perhaps...I'd love to see some 20's on there with chrome 5 spoke to keep it sporty...the x can't fit 20's...well it can but not without modification or no tires or with rubbing...even the 17's have rubbed on mine! The only other thing I'd change is a little tint on the windows....otherwise maybe some nice floor mats with some embroidery or something....perhaps some car audio in the trunk!~? Otherwise thats what you bought the r for is performance right?

That car is awesome man! I can't wait to get my hands on one...

Gave up ABF? Sorry to hear that bud. I talked about it with my wife and she saw the pics and liked the idea, but it does seem to more work than one would bargain for.

Yeah for sure! I'd rather just buy the car than try to mod it...you'll end up spending too much money converting it!
Hey abfcamaro...pretty sure its at 227 as far as my mind can remember! Thanks for the offer but I couldn't do anything that would jeopardize my car because I wouldn't be able to afford fixing the thing! I guess the x's drivetrain is pretty weak and adding power is just setting you up to catastrophic failure...
I for sure don't need nor want that! To tell you the truth I'm happy with the power I have on tap...also when you factor in Michigan winters the cars power is even better when I feel so good in it...

The bolt pattern is 5-4.25 (108mm) 5-108

It seems the common width for the rims is around 8 inches...theres a set of 19's off a xk8 that are 8.5 inches wide in front and 9.5 in the rear but they do stick out! Offset like the x-type I think are anything 38-45 from what I could find.
This site is good for all sorts of quality information like wheels that actually fit not just wheels that would fit but would look like crap. Tirerack
Don't like any of the wheels they have for your car though...

You really just have to look around a bit and find something you do like. Look everywhere though...it is a fun task to find something you like...you can look online find something on there and than go to your local belle tire or discount tire and they can special order if you feel more comfortable with going to a store to get them. I personally would probably just get a bigger jaguar stock rim like the 19's that jag makes and perhaps chrome them if that were your thing...I know thats what I'd do if I were in your situation...
You probably don't like these....
