Default Jaguar plug seal

Jaguar stype 2001
Whenever i service my engine and it gets washed, the water enters into the plugs and they either misfire too much or get blown.*
Is the seal faulty?
How to repair.?

Are you pressure washing or even hosing down the engine without first wrapping electrical components in foil? Not advisable with the complex electronics in modern vehicles. On-plug coils are especially vulnerable.

There's a problem with the pics in the forum Engine Detailing thread so here's a direct link:

This one is very simple to answer. Stop washing the engine. Seriously.
