No and never will be. They went online only - not so bad since you can join quite cheaply and get more up to date info than JTIS. You can download but if you want to save money that means joining for a short time and using your time well.

You need to register and subsequently will have to pay depending on what you choose. As of now one day for a specific car & year isn't much. I understand Sunday is not a good idea as they do maintenance (not affected me) but also that a "day" is a calendar day not 24hrs (no proof of this and I don't know which time zone).

Almost everything in JTIS applies to a 2005 car. Some things will not and some will be a little out of date, however.

There are non-jag options (Mitchell, AllDataDIY etc) but I was happy with jag's own.
