JTIS and EPC for Windows10
Good morning everyone,
I have been using the search tool for jaguarforums site wide, but I cannot seem to find definitive direction either way. My question is that my Windows 7, 64 bit machine is failing. I have all the download files already saved there. Can I transfer these files and install on my Windows 10, 64 bit machine or is this a no-go right from the start. I only need coverage for 2004 S-Type.
Thanks,
Steve

There are a number of problems and issues with the JTIS and JPEC. There are massive threads about this so lets keep it all together?
This is the big one because we have no way to use JEPC now that Flash player is gone. There is a solution so check out the thread.
JEPC
J-Part for JEPC
The JTIS runs fine in win10 64bit as that's what I am using. Not sure what you mean by files but I would do a fresh clean install of JTIS and JEPC. There is a 2018 version of JEPC too that seems harder to find.

Clubairth,
Thank you for the direction. What I meant by taking the files from my 7 machine is that I saved them all in a folder when I downloaded and unpacked them for the Win7 installation. I already tried downloading them from the stickied Win7 post by Lombardi, but they couldn't be fetched from the server. Since I already have copies of them, I though I would just transfer those via a thumb drive if the files were to remain the same between the 7 and 10 machines. A proper install was of course intended.
I'll follow your lead on the parts catalog but it is JTIS that is so very vital. I've done three damaged harness repairs now that I could never have accomplished without those valuable schematics.
Much appreciated,
Steve

OK that should work.
I have the complete JTIS version 21 with some other documents if you need them? Note you probably only need the large .rar files for the install the other stuff is background info. Problem is all of this is 550 MB but I can upload them to a temporary file storage site for you if you would like?
Here it is;
Complete JTIS Version 21
But again the forum is trying to push all the JTIS/JEPC stuff to the already giant threads we have running.
Note the link should be good for 30 days and then die.

Thank you clubairth1 for reinforcing the message.
For the benefit or newer members who may not have long experience of migrating these applications through several Windows upgrades since they were originally released for XP Pro, let me explain the reason.
JTIS and JEPC questions / solutions are NOT model specific. Exactly the same questions were being asked time and time again in several of our model forums. Members with relevant knowledge and experience wearied with repeating the same help and advice.
Steve - this is not 'having a go at you' but I am CLOSING this thread. Please continue discussions in the existing General Tech Help threads on the same topics.
