That was back in December, strange to be coming on the STYPE forum now and bringing it up.

Steerforth, were you one of the one's who got pruned? If so, you most likely had a user name like "buyviagra.com" OR you just lurked, had no posts, and didnt sign in for a few months as Jim explained in his thread.

Either way,for people who were pruned and are legit, they can just come back on and ceate a new username.

 

+1 on that.

It's even possible that Jim just caught you by accident, as he deleted sooo many. I'm sure you're welcome even if all you want to do is read (aka lurk) - heck, I post plenty to make up for any lurkers

 

Thing is, back to Bull's statement, unless we're missing something, how would Steerforth be able to log in to say goodbye if he/she were pruned?

Steerforth, if you got warned about account inactivity, just respond that you are the "quiet" type....Take some of Jag's and my posts to up your count ....Heck if you ask my kids I'm more a Senior than a Vet any day! Really, they won't delete a low post user if you speak up and express interest...Unless there is something else that only the Mods know about....

 

I got the same type of message since I had not posted but once since joining in December. Of course, I was lurking and doing the search thing first before I started posting...
