Key Codes
Hi all, I still have the sticker on my only OEM key. Is that the programming code needed to set a new key fob?
And I wonder if the cheapie fobs I got on fleabay will be programmable(as they were advertised as)...

You won't need the sticker to program a new fob.
The ebay fobs programming will depend on the fobs, I've had good success but they will need to be done by the dealer or someone with the correct equipment, it,s not DIY.

That's for sure-just had it done tonight, 2 hours almost and the cheapo chinese copies work well. $185 to cut and program 2 fobs, $21ea for the fobs on fleabay. I sure feel relieved with more than 1 key.
