Hi I have fitted a new drivers door module to my 1999 s type can anyone tell me how to pair the remote fob

i do not know the exact info for your non facelift,
but i can tell you how you do it on the prefacelift and facelift:
- door module (alarm module)
- cluster
- key
- immobiliser
- ecu
these are all paired together. If you change one of those (Besides the key which can be paired with a JAGUAR software IDS/SDD) you have two options:
#1, change one , you have to change them all.
#2, you might be able to clone the immobiliser data and pair the new control module. i had someone do that to my 'new' ecu too, when i had to change it

You have the non facelift, so things might be very different, or simmilar.

 

any of these can be changed with program new module. ecm just needs immo sync. 99-02 pcm150 is harder because cluster is permanently paired

anyways for the original question just add a remote with IDS or a launch
