Default Knock sensor location

I have an 2003 S-Type R, the knock sensor is malfunctioning. Need some guidance on location, thanks

Which code(s)? (It's not THE knock sensor...)

BTW the workshop manual is a free download though you may need more posts.

Check the battery first and then the connections.

I had this problem and found it to be the battery and a corroded connection.

This video that Norrie found is for my engine but it may help.

It is around 9 mins 20 secs. Showing the position of the connector

Both bank 1 and 2 knock sensors are located under the supercharger on the "V" or valley part of the block. I believe that they are impossible to get to without removing the supercharger. If you find a way to access them without taking out the supercharger let me know. I'll be changing mine within the next week too. I've removed the supercharger in the past, its a real pain in the neck to do.
