Default Knocking front and rear suspension

Hi all. Can anyone show me where to look to repair the knocking on the front and rear suspension? "Every divot on the road I hear the clunking front and back I think but definitely front. It's an 2001 S Type 3 litre. Can anyone share images to help me know where to look please?

Jaguar issued hundreds of TSBs to address known faults.

Check the suspension i.e., jack up look for play in joints and also look for 'tell tail' red rust marks on bolts or joints.
Do this with the suspension hanging and also with the lower arm supported under load.

Always make sure you do this in a safe way with at least two supports on each side or on axle stands and not just on a jack!

A common problem to look for is play in the anti-role bar drop arm end joints, but it could be anywhere.

When I got my XJ40 many years ago now it had the wrong shocks fitted with bolt holes and bolts that were too small for the hole in the arm! They just did the bolts up very tight! It took me some time to find this reason for the knocking!!
