Sweet ride man! I was looking to get those led lights on my lower bumper, but most of them I have seen have the chrome bracket around them. Does yours have it also? If not where did you get your LED's from? I saw a pair on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/8000K...ht_5745wt_1165
but it has the chrome bracket on it

thanks

I purchased the LEDs from a local auto parts store (Advance Auto Parts).
Here is a link to the item....

The side mirrors are from Arden. I had a local shop paint and install them for me.
Thanks for the reply on where you got your stuff bro! I was looking around for the lower led lights for the bumper to get but most of them have the chrome bracket around them What color light does it emit; white or bluish? I found this on ebay which looks really nice but not as many leds on it as yours

...Anyhow thanks again!

Jag79, seeing as 05+ STR's do not have foglights or that slit underneath to put an LED unit with a housing like 03JagSTR has, I had to use a strip the length of the fog light indent in which the LED's project sideways. They are strips that stick via 3M tape, can be tucked anywhere, are pliable and the lights themselves are encapsulated in a water proof hard silicone. Tie them into your ignition and you have LED DRL's. These emit a "hyper white" color, same as my LED running lights in the headlight housing. They are bright white with a slight purplesish tint. They look a tad more on the purplish side in the pics than they really are.

Thats really cool stuff! Where do you recommend I get them from? any suggestions? Also I was thinking what if I put a strip along that small slit on the lower bumper on both end corners? Only thing I will run into is how will I get support to attach on that led strip to . How did you attach yours out of curiosity'?

Black is the only color i would do, other colors make the car even more dated than it is imo. And the regular non-R is out of the question, it looks really bad now!!

Yeah, I wouldn't consider anything other than an str. I already have an LS, no reason to go to a normal s type (I think the LS looks better compared to a base s type anyways, hopefully I don't get killed for saying that)

I connected them to a live ignition wire to make them DRLs.
