License Plate Lights out

2001 S-Type V6 , The license plate lights are out Real simple right? Fix Suggestions welcome , thank you.

I already put new bulbs.

and where's the best place to get an owners manual and /or repair manual for this vehicle ? Thanks

If the bulbs are OK, next check the fuse F48 in the Luggage Compartment fuse box:

F48: Mini 10A Red
Right-hand rear reverse lamp, fog lamp, direction indicator, side marker, number plate lamps.
