Bought a set of switches for the traction and Sport mode. What I received was a totally empty housing. I tried to call them and what I got was some AH that couldn't be bothered. Happpily I used PayPal.

 

I've had completely other experience. They were great with the 10 things I've bought from them

 

Same here, well, except I have not purchased 10 things from them. Maybe 8 things.

Excellent service, with parts exactly as described and fast shipping. I recently purchased a wiper mechanism from them and they even contacted me before shipping to make sure the part was correct for my VIN. All of my purchases have been through eBay, if that makes any difference.

One thing I especially like is they include a LOT of detailed photographs with their eBay listings. With most vendors, you're lucky if you get one or two. I've even saved some of their pictures for future reference, they are that good.

 

I also have had good luck with them and they are a large seller on EBay so surprised they did not respond?
