I used to have the launch x431 pro 3v+ elite
until a friend Borrowed it
And then the ******* sold it as he needed cash to fix his car
my new jaguar keeps coming up ddc not available on Instrument cluster

 

Topdon is my favorite brand, though the one thing of theirs I don't have is a scantool. I have had an X-tool D7 for awhile now that works very well too so I can't justify getting a TopDon. The only thing I'd say is I stay very far away from the Bluetooth ones. I need to have a wire otherwise I will lose the dongle and leaf on in cars all the time. I do have a Bluetooth one that just connects to an app on my phone for any quick diag that I need, but for a full-time scanner I'd prefer one with a wire.

 

Post back if it does what you want. We have a large thread on current scanners and if you added to that it would be great.
