Default Lug nut

Apparently my car has cheap lug nuts and this one is stuck/broken meaning it won't come off.

Tried a few different tire shops and none can take it off and some jacka** made it worst by the pics
:[ only solution I heard is to use a torch but I don't want to mess up my rim more than it is already. How do I get this sucker off?!

Ouch!

Your best bet is to drill around the stud - but I'm sure there are other ideas out there... Or the stud itself will need to be cut/drilled out.

Be sure to get 1 piece lug nuts...

Yeah heard maybe with a metal drill . I'm sure I'll have to change out the stud as we'll. this sucks. Those are original lug nuts

Ran into the same issue few years ago. If you do drill it out, make sure you have the proper drill bit for it. I used my regular bits for drilling through metal and I couldn't get through the stud with it.

If you search the forum, there's a few threads about different lugnut options.
