Post Machine gun noise when starting the car

No check engine. I do remember seeing something about the rear tail light on the dash but it didnt pop up again after that. I did change the spark plugs and broke a coolant pipe by accident also. I fixed the pipe with some steel stick and also put some foamy insulator because it wasn't working so well. Most of the coolant did leak while trying to fix it I was turning the car on and off to see if I got the job done.
I also did drop super glue and a brand new steel stick in there case behind the right headlight from driver view. I did try getting it back by putting my hand in there but I couldn't get them out they're no longer visible to see. I just bought another one the next day. I changed both stabilzer links too.
After fixing all this I came to find out my car no longer started. It makes a machine gun noise. Not loud but like a toy machine gun noise the ones you pull back.
I did notice that after the machine gun noise my cars alarm and door locks no longer sounded the same.
I do hear a thud everytime I double click the door locks where my headlight is at. On the right side.
I can't pinpoint exactly where but it's a thud everytime I double click and it's in the vicinity of where I dropped both the glues. Maybe it's that I don't know. Spark are NGK platinum. Or maybe the coolant damaged something. Anyways please help I've been fixing my car and it's been sitting in my garage for the past four days and I finally repaired everything that needed to be repaired and now it wont start.

fully charge the battery, and try again.
It sound like you have flattened it.
The starter is trying, but not enough juice.
