Default Manifold question

Just did the sparks and coils on my s-type, also went in there and charged out the infamous elbow and added new gaskets, went to put the manifold back together and 2 of the bolts were not securing the manifold down. Had to take it apart again, and used some high temp jb weld epoxy and let it sit for about a hour until it dried, bolted the manifold back down and everything was good. This morning I noticed some sweat and a little bit of coolant coming out of 1 of the bolts that I did not have to glue down. Didn't know if something is wrong?? I don't see anything leaking anywhere else.... Should the bolt be tightened more?

You have something very wrong. Do NOT use JB weld to fix it. Find out what the real problem is.

You now have a painful job of removing the JB weld. Lets hope it will just pop out in one piece.

Car is a 2002 Jaguar S-type 3.0. I do need to add it to my profile. Sorry about that. I only added the JB WELD to the bolts because the inner part of the manifold where the bolt hold down is stripped. I have read about this being a common issue on here and people have glued down the bolts.

There really was no other way to fix it as the threads were stripped. What about for the little coolant seep on the actual bolt?

Well now that you JB welded those bolts in there it's gonna be next to impossible to get them back out to remove the manifold to repair the leak properly.

hopefully only refferring to the brass insert in the injector manifold that do tend to pop loose. I fix these all the time by cleaning and reinstaling the brass insert into the plastic with JB FOR PLASTIC! Let it dry and lube ALL the bolt threads before reinstalling to keep them from seizing in the brass. No, theres no coolant around any of that but I bet that T fitting ontop of the manifold is leaking, Cut it out and get a vacuum T and install with clamps.....
Man you guys tend to freak out to much relax
