Default My little problem

What a crazy little story this is

Okay so iam driving my 2003 Jaguar S-Type and I noticed that my brakes weren't working too good, and the little red light turned on that sayed "low brake fluid". I pop the hood and I noticed that the brake fluid was below "MIN" ( my fault ) so I changed it. The light turns off but the problem with the braking is still there. After all that I parked the car and the next morning I take a look at it, and I noticed oil on my driverside front wheel. I took the wheel off and to my suprise this is what I saw...

This must of happened when I bought the car in mid July the Jaguar service didn't install the calipers correctly. Also fluid is leaking threw the hose.[:@] And the worst part of all... their closed today and tommrow so I can't do anything untill monday[:@][:@][:@]

It's hard to believe that a trained "technician" would do that!
Give them hell when you take it in they could have killed you!

Who could seriously not notice that? WTF??? I cannot believe that especially when you have the freaking car jacked up in the air with you having nothing to look at but that line staring at you! What a joke!

What bs! They know its their fault thats more than likely why they aren't arguing with you about it! What loaner did you get?

Sultan-

you handled your situation extremely well! I had a similar situation right after I purchased my Ninja from the Cumberland Kawasaki in Carlisle, PA. While wiping down my bike a day after purchasing it, I noticed the pinch bolts at the bottom of my forks were falling out. For those who don't know the function of these pinch bolts....they help hold your axle in your forks.

I called the dealership directly and voiced my disgust and questioned why my bolts were not tightened (not really expecting an intelligent answer) and the reply I received was.."some times our mechanics become extremely busy and occasionally overlook things. But if you'd like, you can bring your bike in and we'll go over it for you."

My next comment to them I won't repeat but I'm sure you can imagine the tone of it. Needless to say...that was my first..and last, purchase from Cumberland Kawasaki.
