Hi all i have an s-type 2.7d sport 2005 the problem I've got is that when i turn key in the ignition i get no response from the car nothing at all it's like there is no connection between key and engine and i'm getting lots of faults ie (parkbreak, gearbox, abs, dcs not available and low break fluid). I've exchanged the battery for a new fully charged one and get exactly the same thing can any of you guys shed any light on this issue please as I have an expensive ornament siting out side my house kind regards Gary

 

Probably bad power/ground. Look very carefully at all in the boot, especially water etc under the spare, then at connections - you may have to take apart and clean them. Oh, and check the inertia switch (see handbook).
