Default New 03 STR owner with a climate control problem

Hi all, I was browsing through the forums and it seems like climate control problems are pretty common. I'm taking my jag to a dealer monday morning because the gas pedal literally fell off so I though I would get my climate control issue worked too.

The issue I am having is one side blows nice and warm, the other side is very cold no matter what I do. The sounds like it may be a heater control valve. Just want to make sure I know what to expect at the dealer.

It was quite the experience driving home using my hand to press the gas pedal as it precariously balanced on my foot I must say.

Yea, its probably the solenoid on the dual flow coolant control valve. IDK what a dealer charges to service it, so good luck on that!
