If I may offer someother advise before answering your question. Please put alittle more info. about your vehicle in your signature for future members to diagnose, ie.. year, engine size etc.....

There has been some discussion here about the rubber sleave where the electronic connector goes into the passenger rear side (US) of the tranny. There is a great write up about it by a member named ccc with detailed pics.

BTW, there is no dipstick or top off hole available. These are sealed for life transmissions. Read ccc's thread!
