Default New headlights installed - how to protect 'em?

Hello everyone,
I just installed brand new beautiful headlights to my S-Type today and I want to make sure they always look new. Do any of you use protectors and, if so, which ones? Here in the Middle East the dust acts like sandpaper.

Good afternoon! I use a McGuire wax...its in a blue bottle...I forget the name...but it really protects them and they still look new!
I have attached a photo...these are the original that came with the car...

If you really want to protect them, google Lamin-X.

That will eventually get scratched up / milky, but you just peel off and replace.

Take care,

George

Go to WWW,autosport.com and look through the catalog for headlight covers. They are crystal clear, come in a set of self glued (4) each for headlight and driving lights. They don't yellow and are impact-resistant. I replaced one and got interrupted for a long time. Upon return, the one is perfect and the other, UNCOVERED is yellow! So much for procrastination. Now I have to polish the uncovered one and COVER IT! Good luck. JoeL

Thanks so much for your advice, guys.
That's what I like about this forum - so helpful and useful.
I just ordered some Lamin-X covers because they cover all four new lights. I'll let you know how they go when I get 'em!
