Default Some levity to break the whatever ..

Honestly I didn't mean to start such a controversy.

I did one test.

I reported the results.

Now ...

Except that in this case Mikey doesn't like it ... LOL

For those too young or unfamiliar with the American cultural reference.

We know by now that any speculation regarding comparisons of fuel, oil, spark plugs, and erectile dysfunction meds will create instant controversy here on the Jaguar forum....

Good for you Staatsof, you stirred up lots of interest, said what had to be said, revealed a few more facts, finished what you started and exited in diplomatic fashion.

I was looking forward to seeing a list of STR owners who run on 87 octane E10 fuel, but maybe another time.

As my tank of SUPER GAS comes to an end I must say the car seems peppier in around town driving, a little crisper in it's response.

And before all the hornets emerge from their nests, no ... I've made no attempt to quantify that. It's just my impression.

I filled up with a tank of the AA gas yesterday and it really does seem to have dulled the performance a bit. It doesn't leap off the line quite the same though there's still a ton of power available.
