Default P0171 and P0174 bank 1 and 2 too lean

I need help!!!! I'm new to this site but a long time jag owner and enthusiast. the car in question is a 2003 Jaguar S-Type V8 4.2L. I have tried everything and would love some advise. I need an inspection as I live in NY state. I keep getting 0171 and 0174 too lean bank 1 and 2. I've checked every hose, replaced fuel filter and just cleaned map sensor as it still works. I cleaned and checked pcv valve. I have an obd2 monitor so I was able to clear all the codes and this is what happens real time. Once the codes are cleared the light is gone and stays off for sum time . I downloaded the drive cycles to speed up the process. All the monitors will come on except for evap monitor it's always the last to come on board. As soon as my car runs the evap cycle the IM monitor is ready but that's when the engine code pops on 0171 and 0174. It seems they may be related, my codes and the evap monitor or its cycle? If anyone can help I will greatly appreciate it

Stop clearing the codes.

Next, when the monitors have set check the fuel trims - see the many posts about this and those codes. You need to see whether you have any air leaks.

My mass airflow sensor was the culprit when I had both codes. I tried cleaning it and the codes reappeared. I then replaced the sensor and haven't had the codes yet.
