parkbrake fault

Default parkbrake fault

can someone have some idea how i can fix this error with parkbrake fault?
i ve tried to recalibrate few times and nothing changed.after i press foobrake few times i can hear the motor pulling brake cable but at the end is making a strange noise.somebody told me that can be a durty sensor(but i don t think so)cables are good.

How old is the battery?

Take the rear wheels off and watch the lever movement on the caliper as a helper applies and releases the EPB. If one/both lever is not moving fully it's either a cable or the actuator.
