Parking sensor part number
https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.../brand/jaguar/
Here's how I changed one of the sensors on my '02. I do NOT know if the part numbers I listed are also effective for your model, but some of the general principles should be the same:

The rear bumper cover has to come off to change the sensors on the 05MY (or newer) facelift cars.
The hard part will be if any of the fixing screw and captive nuts have rusted solid.
If they have it is far quicker to just carefully grind the head off with an angle grinder rather than trying to get them undone.
It is best to replace them with stainless steel items.
If you use SDD it will tell you what sensor has failed. (The 'click' trick will not work on the later cars.)
However, if you have a new replacement sensor you can find out what one is faulty by replacing each one in turn and testing it by putting the car in reverse with the bumper cover off and suported.
Do not be tempted with cheap sensors on e-bay, they may not have the same angle of detection or they may not work at all!!
The original Jaguar fitted items are Valeo sensors.

The Jaguar part number for the 05MY or newer S-type rear parking sensor is:
C2C29376XXX
However, these are painted with grey primer and are £120 each.
The valeo ones are in unpainted black plastic and will cost a lot less.
