lately my car has been making this popping or knockin sound from the drivers side front tire. its gotten worse in a week ive noticed. a month or so ago I only heard it when I braked but now it all the time, braking, taking off, even driving slowly I hear it. so im guessing a cv joint or whatever. has anybody had this prob before? I just need some input before I start tearin my wheel off. thanks everybody!

 

No front CV joints on rear wheel drive cars.......

Probably a sway bar bushing, quite common
