Default Random Radio help

Hello all,

I am still fairly new to the Jaguar community so I apologize for my ignorance. I recently got a FM Transmitter to play my phone's music in the car. The unit asks me to find a radio station with NO FEED in it. My problem is that whenever I change the radio station, it automatically takes me to the next start WITH feed.

So, how can I change my radio station one unit at a time?

Thanks!

2004 Jaguar S-Type with a 4.2L Engine

Thanks Graham, I will definitely do that. For now, I have a 2004 Jaguar S-Type with a 4.2L Engine.

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to S-Type forum for advice from members with the same model.

The (radio / audio) handbook may help but failing that, retune a channel sometime when you're miles away from your usual location i.e. tune to a station you don't have.

It may lose all tuned channels if you disconnect the car battery.

If you hold the seek button it will switch to manual tune mode. That way you can find a station with no signal. I think this is what you were asking?
