Rear 06 STR caliper is missing something. I ordered one for the supercharged model. Painted the caliper. Installed it. And went to put the cover on.

Should I drill and tap? I dont want to take it off and wait for a replacement!!

I think you will be fine drilling and tapping....that looks like cast iron, it should be fairly easy....a lot of meat there too

I think the reason for these holes being missing is that this same caliper is used on other 'non R' cars in the Jaguar range.
