Guys
I heard a noise and window stop operating.took the trim out and found a cable hanging, with the swaged end fitting intact.
Can some one tell me ,how to reattached the cable.Or do i have to buy a new regulator.

This is a known issue with 2000 to 2002 cars. You will find a ton of posts here on this forum including how to replace it. On the bright side, the less expensive Lincoln LS regulator fits your application.
