Rear Window Regulator change
I am trying to replace the right rear window regulator. How is the glass fixed to the mechanism? Cannot see an obvious way to remove it.

It's fixed with a hollow plastic sleeve with a solid one pushed into the center, drive out the solid one, remove the outer sleeve and you are free.
