Does anyone have a remote car start installed on their STR? With Winter coming and my wifes car in the garage so the kids are warm in the morning I need to look at one of these to warm up the motor & defrost the car. Any thoughts or opinions on brands?

 

yes...........and make sure your installer doesnt use t-taps. you will hate yourself if you dont do some research on your installer.

ignition harness is easy, you will need to run wiring into the doors for your locks and alarm control. You will also either need to give up your valet key or use a data module for the immobilizer circuit.
