S - back passener room small?

S - back passener room small?
Hi all,
I like to start that I am enthousiatique about S-Type. I am living in UAE, and looking to buy S Type. S 2005 are available for 30-32 K US$, while 2006 are 35-37 K US$
While i have been searching at a reputable car dealer, he advised to go for A6 (almost similar prices). One of the points he mentioned was that the S Type has a small room/space at the back passengers, and the rear view is narrow!
I know he is trying to sell me the A6, but I searched over the net, and found some sites stating the same about the S Type.
I need advise, from S users, is this correct? I saw the S Type, and dont find them that small; but from the owners of S Type, did they encounter situations where back passengers are complaining of space? or they find the rear view disturbing while driving?
Excuse me if it is not the right place to post this message, and comparing S with A6, but I will appreciate any comments
