hi to all, this is my first post.

i have an S-type 2.7d classic year 2006 with 326mm brake disc.

i have done about 190.000 km with only one problem:
change 4 times brake disc after 30k-40k km becouse of excessive vibration.

as now i would like to resolve this problem,
i'm going to boy ECB USR 1598 and USR 1597 disc with RED pads.

first of all, i have to say that i'm not an expert,
so i think this discs are the best one for my car ( as brembo does not have 326mm disc for Jaguar)

can anyone of you confirm that this is a good choise?

by VIN number check i now know that my S-type is from year 2005,
so part number is
USR1411 and USR951



but the question is the same, are that good choise?

Almost no diesel owners as not sold in USA etc. How would anyone know?

i have just replaced brake rotor with ECB ones.

this just to confim that they are very good brake rotor!

Only 30-40k km out a set of rotors is almost unheard of. What was the cause of the vibration you mention? Was it warpage (unlikely) or more commonly, pad material adhered to the rotor surface?
