Default S-Type 2003 with costly prob...

I was pulled over for my passenger side headlight being out. I turned the lights off and back on only to notice that they did in fact work for a few seconds and went off again. Took to dealer and they said the ingnitor and moduler was bad and it would cost me over $1100 to get a whole new head light assembly(this is what they recommended I needed). I there any way around this?
If anyone can help are need more info please let me know.
Thanks alot.

Talk to Brutal I think he had some ignitors.

your other option is to purchase an aftermarket D2S kit and wire it in.

thrid option is to find a recycle yard willing to split a housing and components.

Hey Bobby,

Yes Bobby I am looking for a new headlight assembly for the passenger side only (driver side is brand new thanks to my insurance company). Do the kits you have come with ingnitor and modular? How much are you selling it for. Do they fit my 2003 Jaguar S-Type? Pictures of them would be great too.

Let me Know.
