Hi!
I've read a lot of topics about this sound behind the cluster (LHD car), and they all suggest it's some liquid bubbling in the aircon system...
It starts after aprox 30 seconds after i remove key from ignition. i dont even use the AC for this to happen.
My defrost works.
I am uploading a video on YT in hopes someone recognizes it and can point me do the blend motor so i dont have to disassemble everything.

I want to add that this thing is 100% mechanical sound. As i can gear the plastic rubbing. Also the sound has this grinding noise, intermittently. This is not liquid or gas related

Yes thats the one. I confirm. Im now trying to remove it

 

The grinding noise was made buy that actuator or the blend door. I touched it when it was doing it.
my defrost had no issues but i hated the noise. I will post pictures on the original thread.
i even disassembled the motor and it looks good!
i will reassemble everything and try the reset procedure for blend doors

 

I disassembled the motor and cleaned the swipe from the main gear to the motherboard.
i posted in the original topic (link above)
i just wanted to confirm it works now without having to purchase a new motor.
i also reset the vents after the procedure was done
