Hi: After replacing a low beam headlight bulb (passenger side), although well intentioned, my attempts to adjust the beams ended up with all 4 lights being askew, both high and low as I also attempted some adjustment on driver side. Which I should not have as it was fine.My vehicle has the halogen bulb system. I used a phillips screwdriver to turn the obvious plastic gear assembly (one adjustment screw for each light). Several attempts to correct this, even downloading instructions from website have just made the situation worse. I've come to terms with the fact that these adjustment screws seem to adjust the left to right but I cannot seem to get adjustment up and down. I did see some mention of light adjustment here related to auto levelling but I'm not sure if my S type has auto levelling but even so would there not be up and down manual adjusting? Lights were good before I changed that bulb and decided to make "good" "perfect". I have these lights so bad that it is very difficult to drive at night. I had to do this when the nights are longest. Any help is greatly appreciated.
