Little over a hundred quid seems reasonable.

It's on back order unfortunately, so could wait a week, or could wait a year. Short answer, not available 😢

Try a google search for the part number that is XR82625.

Also try using the 'contact us' option on the official Jaguar land rover classic parts web site for the selected part:

I had to replace the front coil springs on my 2002 S Type for the MOT earlier this year. I put these on:

https://www.carparts4less.co.uk/p/sa...ring-627630160

They're a touch over £70 and seem fine to me. Although make sure they're the right ones for your car - mine is a later 2002 model (I think the parts changes mid-2002). Also mine is the standard S Type (not the "R") so not sure if yours will be different.

Just to add - the website is actually owned by Euro Car Parts (so not a fly-by-night bunch).

Default Springs

E bay is your friend.
Generally the part number fails to find springs unless its from the manufacture.( 2 see below)

1. These are made by Kilen which I have used for the 2001 S type to good effect.
Best cross reference the makes ( Kilen/ Suplex) Part number.

2. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/264498372...Bk9SR_KDqKO0Yg

another option.

I don't need the shocks, just the springs.

That's my bad apologies, I had no idea they sold the springs. In fact when I bought the shocks from them last yr I did ask but was told they only supplied the shocks. I will call them in the morning, thanks again ❤️
