I was wondering how hard it would be to put the supercharger from a s-type r on my s-type v8

In all honesty, with all the differences that exist in wiring looms, ECM, TCM, etc., it would be far easier to just part exchange or purchase an S-Type R.

You'd also have to rebuild the engine from 11:1 to 9:1 compression.
