Default S-type Swaybar (Anti-roll bar)

I've searched all I can find on the forum regarding S-type front and rear sway bars. Has anyone found and put on larger ones?

I read in the XK forum that there is a 20mm available for the XK rear, but at $350+ I'll build my own.

Anyone build their own?

if you can move the end links, then shortening the side arms is effectively the same thing as increasing the diameter.

I crawled under my 2000 S-type project car and 2004 STR and measured the diameter of the rear sway bars. Both measured about 18.2 mm. I read elsewhere that S-types are supposed to have 17mm rear sway bar.

Also, I don't see how I can access the bolts that hold the sway bar to the sub frame. If one wants to change the bushings, it looks like you will have to drop the sub frame.

Has anyone changed the bushings?

I will plan on making my sway bar change to the sub-frame I am building before I put it in the 2000 S-type.
