More information?
With that little information I'd say you have a leaking coolant hose in the valley (between the 2 banks)....

There are 3 hoses that could be leaking or the expansion tank which is known to crack on this model behind the engine. If it is the expansion tank, the drip will be heavier between the fender and the driver door. The hoses will just have residue all over them. You'll need an extendable mirror to see under the hose. Good luck.

The AJ28 has a heater return hose under the inlet manifold that is a known failure point. If memory serves, the JLR part number is NRA3976AA.Always check part numbers against the VIN for correct fitment.

Remove the inlet manifold and inspect.
