Default Service manual PDF.

A while back someone provided a link to a full service manual in pdf format which I have downloaded.
It seems to have everything in it but it's a bit hard to find things.
I'm beginning to research a big repair and once I finally found it I noticed that none of the highlighted links are working?
I have a read only copy of Adobe so do I need to purchase an upgrade?
WO these links that allow you to jump to the procedure being reference it's very hard to use effectively. Maybe that's why it was free?

Thanks for any help.

Here is a link to the workshop manual:

Use the 'search' function in Adobe Acrobat Reader to find what you want. Remember this is a 14 year old pdf and functionality with newer readers will not be the best and yes the links will not work. I think they did work with the Adobe readers built for Windows XP, but that was over 10 years ago. Obvioulsy Jaguar have no need to update the file as the s-type is an obsolete model.

You will also need the electrical guide:

Also here is a link to the official on-line parts cattalogue:

https://www.jaguarclassicparts.com/uk/s-type-parts

You will find the TSB's and other usefull downloads here:

Any luck in. Finding service manuals. The thread that shows the on line pdf file's doesn't work.

I have a 2004. Jaguar xkr. The service manuals would be very helpful.

Cheers
James

Welcome. I see that the above is your first post. It might be helpful to post your inquiry in the correct forum for your model Jaguar; it can be found here:

XK8 / XKR ( X100 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum

Also, when you find time, please post the expected "introduction" in the New Members forum. It is to your advantage to do so as this gets you additional forum privileges. The forum can be found here:

Yes all the links do work. I just checked them and quickly downloaded all of them?
Check your download folder as it does give you a blank MediaFire page when you click on the link but the file is downloading in the background.

You know that I still can't utilize Chrome on my PC as a result of repairing all the damage those utilities suggested did. So now I'm on Mozilla and what a surprise if you try to import bookmarks from Mozilla into Chrome it scrambles the organization. Google/chrome is bullyware. But I preferred how it worked.
