Either the bulbs are burned out or the switches are NG on the sport mode and traction control, I don't see any lights of any sort. Question is, do I have to remove the top of the center console or just the shift surround and either way, how??

 

On the shift surround. Open tbe ashtray and pull up the surround from the front. The bulbs not sure but i think the j gate shifter might have to come out for access
