Q: Since the 'deed' has been done as I've already bought a paid for front and rear shocks taken from a '06' STR I'm wondering (unfortunately) if the 'take offs' from an 06 STR will fit on my '03' STR.

I picked up front and rears. The donor car had 60K on the clock and my STR has 155K

Any incite would be great.....thanks in advance!

 

I think there was a part number change for the adaptive dampers on the fronts at vin N52048 and on the rears at vin N13088 and again at vin N52048.

I have no idea if you can fit the later ones on the earlier cars or what they changed on them, but they do have different part numbers depending on the VIN number.

Also I think the ones on the STR are not the same as those on the non supercharged cars.
